Client Responsibility (Copyright Compliance)

The client guarantees that all materials provided to Florostudio.com do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Florostudio.com harmless against any claims arising from the use of such materials. All works created by Florostudio.com are protected by Romanian copyright law (Law No. 8/1996).

Design Policy

Clients may select a single final design per purchase, unless additional concepts are paid for.

Clients must clearly specify their requirements when placing an order.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all final materials, including spelling, layout, and colors. Variations between on-screen colors and printed colors may occur.

Orders and Payments

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, PayPal, and online card payments.

Prices are displayed on the website or communicated directly. In cases where multiple clients purchase the same design, the first confirmed payment secures the product.

Project Timeline

Work begins after payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes place within 7–14 business days for standard projects, or according to other agreements.

Clients must respond to requests for feedback within 14 days. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the project being considered complete.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, refunds and returns are not available, in accordance with applicable legislation (OUG 34/2014).

However, damaged files can be replaced upon request.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLOBOLD.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or its materials.
